This is now my Number One question for candidates: "If the computer results show that you lost, will you ask for a paper ballot recount?" Why should I fight for candidates by investing my money, time, and vote for them if they themselves won't do everything they legally can to fight for themselves? The statements that Musk made effectively saying he knew all swing states would go for Trump is enough for me. Count the paper ballots everytime!
Please, Joe, keep pardoning one or two or a hundred people everyday
Seeing how the media are covering the pardon of Hunter, I'd love to see how an incessant stream of pardons would soak up precious media attention away from the one I shall not name. Maybe the media would start to...ahem..."normalize" the pardons!
I hope Biden pardons at least one person per day!
Seeing the media coverage of Hunter's pardon, I hope Joe pardons at least one person per day until Jan. 20th. Maybe that will suck some of the media attention away from incessant coverage of DJT. 
Let's call ourselves The New Center
I mentioned this idea in reply to another post, but this has been on my mind for years. I think we should avoid calling ourselves "the Left" or "Liberals." The other side has done its best to sour the public. When our ideas are mentioned outside the context of the right's word framing, people like it...like the guy who wanted the "Affordable Care Act" but not the Right wing term "Obamacare." Our policies are preferred by the majority of Americans. That means WE are the New Center! The other guys are standing on the right field foul line and see those in Center Field (us) as "the Left." But of course everything is to their left. Let's reclaim the language about increasing the minimum wage as the New Center, etc.

I've thought of this year's ago when I noticed some people treat the Republican (R) as a religion and reflexively vote for whoever name is in front of that. If the Dems all decided to call themselves Republican then then reflexive (R) voting wouldn't work anymore and they'd need to pay attention to what people stand for and maybe their character. I know it's fantasy...
There's no downside for a recount
If everything is on the up and up, then the recount will verify that and we can move on. If everything is not on the up and up, then we should know that. Heck, I remember with Gore and Bush we didn't officially know for weeks. Then SCOTUS meddled. Harris shouldn't have had to be a perfect candidate or run a perfect campaign. She was well qualified and decent. As Biden would say, "Don't compare me to the almighty, compare me to the alternative." Trump ran his campaign as if nothing he did would change the outcome. That gives me pause. I'm realistic enough to accept Trump if I have to. But why would we they think they are above cheating? About somehow "finding" 11,780 votes here or there that could have affected the outcome. I'm for a recount whether it confirms or denies.

I find that suspicious. I hope the Harris campaign has recounts before conceding.

Seeing some of the demographics, I'm wondering how much religion was a factor? Especially with Hispanics voting for someone so antagonistic to their interests as well as women.
"Why don't you fact check it yourself?"
I'm a former print news reporter and it ticks me off to see how TV news personalities these days can get away with not doing their jobs as journalists when no-way would their "reporting" pass muster in any newsroom I served in. I know this is a well-discussed topic, but I was prodded to add my two cents' worth after seeing that clip of a reporter yesterday asking Joe Biden to comment on what 45 said about interacting with governors from states hit by the hurricane. I think Biden handled it well and I love the little (well-deserved) jab: "It's called a telephone."
Here's another idea for future similar questions from so-called journalists. Maybe Biden or Harris could reply: "Instead of asking me to comment on another lie from the boy who cried wolf, why don't you fact-check it yourself and then report what you learned?"
